1. Cross-Border Express Logistics & Our Dedicated Fleet

hyflowers refuses to use standard third-party sorting couriers. All orders are transported via our dedicated cross-border and local HK delivery fleet, driven by specialized handlers under temperature-regulated environments. Each bouquet is secured with shock-absorption setups and structural water-retaining nodes to keep flowers pristine upon arrival.
Delivery Slots
Our standard fulfillment corridor runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Cross-border fulfillment cycles fluctuate according to daily customs clearance metrics, border post congestion, and local traffic conditions in Hong Kong. Our customer service team monitors status feeds to match your preferred delivery timeframe.
2. Hong Kong Delivery Regions & Surcharges
Standard Delivery Zone
Most metropolitan regions, downtown financial hubs, shopping landmarks, residential sectors, hospitals, and major funeral parlors across Hong Kong qualify for our foundational delivery structures.
Remote Location Surcharges
Locations isolated from core expressways or requiring heavy toll premiums will incur a Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) shipping surcharge, and temporal routing blocks may apply:
Remote New Territories & Islands: Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok (HK Airport), Disneyland, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung, and Sha Tau Kok restricted border zones, etc.
Restricted Access Zones: Structures inaccessible by direct parking, deep village sectors requiring extensive manual carrying, or convention exhibition halls mandating separate entry credentials.
3. Delivery Modifications & Client Routing Adjustments
Information Modifications
To alter delivery dates, time allocations, destination mapping, or message card texts, you must notify our Attentive Customer Service team (Email: cs@hyflowers.com or our official WhatsApp link) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled execution.
Urgent / Same-Day Rerouting
Address modifications submitted within 48 hours of delivery or on the day of delivery will be assessed against our active fleet queue. While we will try to accommodate adjustments, rerouting cannot be guaranteed. Any secondary courier dispatches required due to last-minute rerouting will generate an additional fleet compensation fee payable by the customer.
4. Delivery Exceptions, Non-Delivery, and Liability Waivers (Core Legal Defenses)
Recipient Refusal
If a recipient rejects an arrangement due to anonymous gifting preference or personal issues, the contract is legally deemed completed. No refunds, returns, or automated rescheduling will be honored.
If contact cannot be established, to preserve timeline queues for subsequent clients, our driver is authorized to deposit the products at the building property front desk/management office (deemed successful delivery with photographic confirmation) or retrieve the item back. Any secondary delivery attempt scheduled for the same day will require a full courier surcharge covered by the client.
Force Majeure Events
In the event of extreme climatic conditions in Hong Kong (including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning), strict boundary check controls, or institutional border lockdowns, our dedicated fleet operations will pause immediately for team safety. Orders will automatically roll over to the next safest operational slot. No liability for delays will be assumed under force majeure conditions.
