網上訂購流程

由選擇花束、加入購物車、填寫送貨資料到上傳付款明細，簡單 5 個步驟即可完成下單。

    選擇心儀產品

    進入商品頁後，先選擇心儀花束及數量，確認商品資料無誤後，按下「加入購物車」。

    進入結帳畫面

    商品加入購物車後，右上角購物車會顯示已選商品。確認數量及金額後，按「訂單結帳」。

    選擇送貨及付款方式

    在購物車頁面選擇「送貨地區」、「送貨方式」及「付款方式」，確認所有資料後，按「前往結帳」。

    填寫顧客及送貨資料

    填寫顧客資料、收件人送貨資料及心意卡內容。所有資料完成後，按「提交訂單」。

  5. 05

    完成訂單及上傳付款明細

    訂單完成後，如尚未付款或選擇銀行轉帳 / ATM，可按「付款並上傳明細」，把付款截圖上傳即可。

Online Ordering Process

From choosing your bouquet and adding it to cart, to filling in delivery details and uploading payment proof, your order can be completed in 5 simple steps.

    Select Your Product

    Go to the product page, choose your preferred bouquet and quantity. After confirming the product details, click “Add to Cart”.

    Proceed to Checkout

    After adding the product to your cart, the selected item will appear in the shopping cart. Check the quantity and total amount, then click “Checkout”.

    Choose Delivery and Payment Method

    On the cart page, select your delivery region, delivery method and payment method. After confirming all details, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

    Fill in Customer and Delivery Details

    Fill in your customer information, recipient delivery details and message card content. Once completed, click “Place Order”.

    Complete Order and Upload Payment Proof

    After the order is placed, if payment has not yet been completed or Bank Transfer / ATM is selected, click “Pay and Upload Proof” to upload your payment screenshot.
